GYBN UK represented the Global Youth Biodiversity Network at the WEOG NBSAP dialogues in Brussels.
GYBN UK chaired the Local to Global closing panel of the WildSummit. With over 1000 attendees, Taras led some of the leading voices in the sector through a series of questions regarding the UKs role on the international stage.

GYBN UK provided the keynote talk at the Perth and Kinross Youth Climate Summit. With the Summit's focus on green jobs, Founder Abi Gardner gave an insight into her own career journey and setting up GYBN UK to help facilitate youth in the policy and decision-making space.
GYBN UK were invited to give a talk at the 2024 Chester Zoo Youth Summit. The title of the talk was “Empowering Youth: GYBN UK's Insightful Session on international biodiversity policy”, with the aim of helping to make policy more accessible to young people.
In partnership with the Academic and Research Hub, GYBN UK hosted a panel discussion on how to develop and foster youth leadership in the research community to help deliver on the Global Biodiversity Framework with speakers from the University of Cambridge, University of Aberdeen, Nottingham Trent University and University of Edinburgh.
